Contact

Smol Machines builds fast, hardware-isolated Linux microVMs for agent and developer workloads. We are a Y Combinator (S26) company. There is no contact form and no sales gate — email reaches a human on the team.

Email

[email protected] — the fastest route for every enquiry: technical support, sales and volume pricing, billing questions, security disclosure, and press.

For a technical issue, include the machine ID, the approximate timestamp with a timezone, and the command or SDK call you ran. That is usually enough for us to find the request in our logs without a round trip, which is the difference between a same-day answer and a week of back-and-forth.

Bugs and feature requests

Both engines are open source, and an issue on the relevant repository is usually faster than email because it lands directly with the people who maintain that code:

Security

Report vulnerabilities to [email protected] rather than exploiting them. Good-faith research disclosed responsibly is welcome; please do not test against other tenants' machines or data. See the acceptable use policy for the full terms.

Status and incidents

Current platform health, including per-component availability, is published at smolmachines.com/status. If you are seeing failures that the status page does not reflect, email us — that gap is itself a bug we want to hear about.

Billing

Plans and rates are on the pricing page, and refund terms are in the refunds policy. For invoicing, tax documents, or moving to an annual plan, email us.

For agents

You do not need to talk to a human to get started. The local engine is open source and free, and cloud API keys are self-serve from the console. The machine-readable guide to this site — what it is, when to use it, and which surfaces are canonical — is at /llms.txt, and the REST schema is at /openapi.json. This page is also available as markdown via Accept: text/markdown.
